Question regarding the actual proposal deadline

Hi,

I have a question regarding the actual proposal deadline.

On the devpost page, it says that the deadline is:
Nov 9, 2025 @ 3:45am (GMT+7)

However, in the description, it says:
"Register Officially and Submit Your Proposal Before October 31, 2025"

I would like to confirm, is the one in the description the correct one? Thanks in advance!
